RATES

The above quoted rates are per room and per night, include all taxes and charges. Rates may be subject to change.
The rates per month are including all hotel services like change of towels or concierge service. So there are no extra costs for cleaning or basic equipment of the apartment.

All room rates are including WLAN in the whole hotel, two bottles non-alcoholic drinks in the room per room and stay free of charge, 2 coffee cabs for the caffissiomo machine in the room per stay.

There are 12 parking spaces in the hotel’s courtyard, available on availability at the time of arrival, for € 12,- per day and per car.

Continental buffet breakfast is available on request for the price of € 9,- per day and per person.



IMPORTANT INFO: Our reception desk is open between 06.00 am and 10.00 pm. If you will arrive after 10.00 pm please inform us latest till 09.00 pm on the day of arrival so that we can provide you with the information about the security code to get access to the hotel and to your room key.

Reduction for children:

Children from 0 to 7 years of age, free in parent’s bed or baby bed.
Children from 0 to 12 receive a 50 % discount on the extra bed rate, accommodated in extra bed/rollaway
in parent's room. Baby bed or extra bed only on request and on availability.
Children from 3 to 6 years receive a 50% discount on the breakfast rate. Till 2 years of age our breakfast for kids is fee.

Terms of cancellation for short-term stay reservations:

Reservations that are made for less than 14 days may be cancelled at no charge up to 06.00 p.m. on the day before the arrival date. If you do not cancel the room on time or fail to show up without cancelling in advance (no show), we will charge you the rate of one night. Additionally to that regulations our general terms and conditions and the Austrian Hotel regulations apply for all bookings at STANYS.

Terms of cancellation for long-term stay reservations:

Reservations for long-term stays (14 days or more) may be cancelled at no charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of later cancellation or a no-show (failure to arrive without cancelling in advance), you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the stay on the credit card number that you gave for the reservation. Payment in advance: 14 days before arrival, 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged to your credit card as a down-payment and guarantee. Additionally to that regulations our general terms and conditions and the Austrian Hotel regulations apply for all bookings at STANYS.

Terms of cancellation for pre-paid reservations:
If not mentioned otherwise in written form at the time of booking for these pre-paid offers a cancellation free of charge is not possible.All changes and cancellation of such a pre-paid booking will lead to a full payment for the whole booked stay. The amount for the whole booking will be charged to your credit card at the time the booking is made. For booking pre-paid arrangements we recoomend to contract travel insurance.

Terms of guarantee and payment:

To guarantee your reservation we ask you to give us your credit card information: number, 3 digit security code and expiration date. We accept Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa, Diners and EC-Cash, down-payment /advance payment and cash payment.
