We would like to inform you that Mariahilfer Straße, one of Vienna's most important streets, is undergoing an exciting transformation. The street is being converted into a green and tranquil pedestrian zone, inviting even more strolling and exploring right in front of our building.
The exact start date of the renovation is not yet known, but it is expected to begin in June.
We are delighted about this development, which will allow Stanys - Das Apartmenthotel and our guests to benefit even more from the beauty and quality of life of this vibrant city.
Please note, however, that during the construction phase, there will be construction noise during the day and sometimes even at night. This will particularly affect the Monkey category rooms, which face Mariahilfer Straße. Therefore, we recommend our Monkey Balcony rooms, which are located at the back of the building facing the courtyard and offer a quieter location.
For a more pleasant stay, we recommend our Penthouse apartments "Zebra" on the 6th floor, as well as our family apartments "Elephant."
