Following services are available to our guests:

• free of charge: wireless local area network for your internet connection anywhere in the hotel
   
• STANYS quick breakfast if desired in our    lounge for € 14,00 per person.

• 12 parking lots in the hotel-owned courtyard are available for € 15,- per night on availabiity at the time of arrival only. 3 electric vehicle stations 

STANYS - the apartment hotel for individual travellers and families - is compelling also for its optimal accessibility by public transport. The Schönbrunn Imperial Palace, the Gloriette, and the Schönbrunn Zoo are all only a 25-minute walk or 5 tram stops away.

Viennas largest shopping mall - Mariahilfer Strasse - is starting a few steps away. In just 5 underground train stops (about 10 minutes), you can get to Stephansplatz - to St. Stephan's Cathedral - at the very heart of Vienna's Old Town.

What distinguishes us from a standard hotel:

1. Our rooms are definitely amongst the biggest hotel rooms (from 30 to 52 m2) in all of Vienna – and rated from 3 to 5 stars
    
2. We have our own parking area on the interior courtyard of our apartment hotel ( 15 Euro per day)
    
3. All our rooms have a refrigerator, more than half our rooms are hotel apartments with a kitchenette, while all “Zebras” and “Elephants” also have a dishwasher.
    
4. All our rooms have a kettle and a Cafissimo coffeemaker. 2 coffee pods as well as 2 alcohol-free drinks await guests in their room upon arrival – compliments of the house.

7. We have “only“ 36 rooms, which means we are small, anonymous, quiet and informal
